Our innovative stripline array, microstrip, and patch circuitry designs
eliminate internal cabling networks and multiple solder joints. The galvanically
matched RF distribution assembly reduces passive intermodulation problems
and, most importantly, ensures consistency in electrical and environmental
performance. For environmental protection, all radiating elements and the
reflector are completely housed by our aerospace-designed, ultra high-strength
luran radome.
Performance
The durability of our antennas has been established through rigorous
testing including: extreme temperature ranges, radome vibration, moisture,
corrosion, and wind conditions. CSS antennas are designed and tested to
the stringent Military 810E Standard, and our specifications show true
E & H beam operating patterns. Prior to shipping, every antenna we
build is tested and thoroughly inspected to verify electrical performance.
All data is available to ship with each antenna.
